Future Residents, If you receive an error message regarding your status as a student at CSUSB and are unable to apply for housing, do not worry. Department of Housing and Residential Education Housing and Residential Education will place quarterly fees at the beginning of each quarter on your student account.
In addition, a one-time non-refundable application fee will be charged towards the term in which you are applying.
Additionally, this year there will be a Graduation Initiative Grant (GIG) available to seniors who have filed a graduation check for summer 2017 or fall 2017. Other types of additional summer financial aid may be available for students who qualify.
Offering the courses students need to get ahead or to stay on track for graduation.
For example, if students are initially enrolled in 12 units (i.e., full-time undergraduate enrollment), and their financial aid is disbursed into their CSUB student account, then they drop to 9 units (i.e., 3/4-time enrollment) on or before Census Day, their Pell Grant, Cal Grant, and/or State University grant awards will all be prorated down to 9 units for the term.
Tuition balance supersedes housing charges and will be applied first.It is critical that you include your 9 digit Coyote ID on your check or money order.There is a dishonored/returned check fee that will be applied to your student account for insufficient funds.If you are a newly admitted student for Spring 2017, please contact the Orientation and First Year Experience Office for next steps to complete your orientation requirement.We can be reached at (909) 537-5233, Monday - Friday, am - pm.
